IN YOUR FACE BACHMANN.............

Rep. Steve Israel (D-NY) has posted this video, and it pretty well sums up my feelings, although I often use more colorful language.



Now how long do you think it will be before Bachmann makes THAT APOLOGY????? Can you actually see that happening? Honestly, because of her mental insufficiency's - she will still be smiling tomorrow, whilst reading up on her Book of Creationism - and feel she owes NO ONE an apology.

Her phones, fax machines and e-mails should be piling up with angry responses from FREEDOM LOVING AMERICANS. Democrats, Independents, Republicans (who disagree with this woman) alike, should be standing up to her once and for all. this woman has expressed, many times over the past week, that only the teabaggers and other brain dead asswipes (her followers), were freedom loving Americans...like she/they have a corner on that market. I think not!

There may be a silver lining to the cloud, as I have read there are two Dems lining up in the wings to vie for her seat next year. I have no problem with a sane Republican challenging this loon.

I honestly believe that Bachmann has higher aspirations in the political arena. Like Caribou Barbie - moving into the Oval Office. I would then have to give serious thought to moving to the Caribbean - forever.

DON'T FORGET TO STOP BY: PAST THE VELVET ROPE (FRIDAY POSTINGS)

IT'S HOWDY DOODY TIME.....BOEHNER IS AN ASS!

The House is debating a "Resolution of Disapproval" against Joe Wilson for his outburst last week during the meeting of the joint houses. John Boehner was just popping off on this issue, that it is essential a giant bowl of crap! My words, not his. He apparently sees nothing wrong with the outburst, and that a precedent is being set - for future resolutions such as this. So, his problem would be what?

We do not run our legislature like Parliament, where you can scream, rant, rave, pick you nose and ass - and accomplish anything!! A sign of disagreement has always been to remain seated and quiet. No signs, no waving of papers and certainly no screaming "you lie" at our POTUS, should ever occur. How difficult is this for the sunburned wonder to understand?

I am a Buckeye and my representative is NOT Boehner, but Charlie Wilson (who was mistaken for Joe - and received a shitload of calls) who addresses our concerns and understands what decorum means. I'm ashamed to even say Boehner is from Ohio.

Maybe Boehner is afraid that he someday will be cited onto the floor for his actions. Sen. Craig should have been rebuked for his airport tryst - or attempted tryst.

What people NEED to realize - Joe Wilson never apologized to Obama personally. He sent his apology via Rahm Emanuel. So - in my humble opinion - yes, this racist, bigoted asshole needs to be rebuked from the floor of Congress.

Now I have to listen and see how the roll call goes on this resolution. Later all....

IMO - NOT REALLY A "GAFFE".....

Hours before the Jay Leno show aired, many were commenting on a "disparaging" remark made by the President, in regards to the Special Olympics. Normally, I do not watch the late night talk shows, and I had actually gone to sleep early. I awoke (as usual) and started "sleep surfing" the channels and there HE was on Leno. So I woke up to watch this first time event for a sitting President. I though our president handled himself quite well and when the remark was made - it was more of an aside, than an outright comment. If one were not listening closely, they would not have even heard his comment. As usual, the media is making that the president has to walk on egg shells and censor all that comes out of his mouth.

I have sensitivity towards this wonderful program (Special Olympics) and like I say, in my opinion, no apology was even necessary.

Kudos for Obama, by taking that apologetic step before the show even aired. I just feel that since he was the first President in office to appear on a late night talk show...there were groups that were ready to pounce on the least little thing said. Shame.
