Whatever you write make sure you use lots of punctuation, especially question marks and exclamations points.

I now wish I had a laptop.

Monkey: No problem there. I feel those keys get neglected sometimes.

Utah Savage: There are benefits, definitely.

themom,
I saw your comment on Mauigirl's blog about the smoking...lol I wanted to make a comment back to you... I too smoked for about 40 years and quit last June, I used Chantix..best thing I ever tried. It took me about 3 to 4 weeks and I was done. I still want one once in a while, but am able to just forget about it. I do feel much better than I did..not sure about food tasting any better like people always tell you...lol Just wanted to tell you that... Thanks for letting me give you my 2 cents..and yeah I expect you will give me change back...lol

I have not succumbed to dragging the laptop into the can. Yet.

What's wrong with a little Multi-Tasking?? But where's the phone???

I like exclamation points!!!! and question marks???? They are cheap and easy to use!!!????..........

Annette: Thx for dropping by. I commented on your site.

Lisa: I have faith - you will get there.

Kulkuri: Wireless - ear bud, have to have the phone. Since I started blogging, I guess overuse of the punctuation symbols has been "my style." The fingers just get carried away. No matter, I will keep at it I'm sure.

I commend anyone who can quit tobacco.

I did so, after smoking for 35 years, in 1994.

I have not touched it since (because i know if i did, i would fall right back into it, and it's too damn expensive nowadays.

I accomplished the feat through hypnosis -- and motivation: the fact that my wife at the time (since absconded) told me I had to quit or find a cave in which to live. In south louisiana at the time there were few caves and those there were already were occupied by assorted dangerous (or simply ugly, crawly) beasts. I quit.

I too am an ex puffer, by way of "quitting" about a million times! I used to get SO down on myself. Finally, I got a new package of patches (Nicoderm CQ) and said to myself "Ok, I'm gonna stick one of these things on my arm, and when I want a smoke, the hell with it - it's coming off!" Incredibly, by cheating a few days till I got done being afraid of the heebee jeebee's, I actually went a WHOLE 24 hours without a smoke! 41 years since that happened. Using the "Patch a lot and cheat a little" method, I finally didn't have to cheat anymore....then didn't have to patch anymore. Then I started getting fat as a pig!..(:

Re the fascinating throne meets laptop thread: I've heard many brilliant suggestions, but two critical things (imo) have yet to be addressed:
How does the laptop smell and is it dry when you're done with the paperwork!?!? Jist askin':P
