ORANGEMAN HAS PISSED ME OFF AGAIN......

Unfortunately, I missed Pres. Obama's address to the country last night, regarding this epic environmental disaster in Louisiana. Of course we live in the age of YouTube and instant replays, so I managed to garner the gist of this speech.

Leading up to this address, Mr. OrangeMan himself - John Boehner (R-OH), had the following to say:

“While President Obama is speaking tonight, oil will continue to leak from the well and extend its stranglehold on the lives and livelihoods of the people in the affected areas. Even now, nearly two months after disaster first struck, the federal response remains inadequate and disorganized. Americans are rightly angry about this failure of government, and they want to know that their president is focused squarely on stopping this leak, cleaning up this mess, and finding out what went wrong.

“President Obama should not exploit this crisis to impose a job-killing national energy tax on struggling families and small businesses. Both parties should be working together to craft responsible solutions in response to this disaster. There’s nothing responsible or reasonable about a national energy tax that will raise energy costs and destroy more American jobs.

“President Obama will also reportedly address some of the financial issues surrounding the crisis, including the establishment of an escrow fund. These resources should be used to help the victims of this disaster, and not as a slush fund for trial lawyers or Administration officials seeking to paper over their own misguided decisions. BP should be held accountable for the full cost of this disaster – the taxpayers shouldn’t pay one dime – but that money must be directed to where it can be most effective in stopping this leak and aiding the recovery effort.

“I sincerely hope that the Obama Administration will not try to use a crisis made worse by its own failings to score political points on the backs of Americans living and working on the Gulf Coast. This moment demands a call to action based on our shared interest in stopping this leak, cleaning up this mess, and finding out what went wrong.”

As I have said before, this fukktard does not represent my area of Ohio (Thank heavens), and the man is a bloomingfuckingidiot!

The tragedy of the loss of lives on the oil rig and the devastation to the oceans and livelihoods of thousands is sad and needs to be addressed, but I personally have some issues as to where people wish to lay the blame.

I blame BP 1000%!! Need I say that again? These oil companies or any other manufacturer or processor needs to be able to deal with any and all crises that may develop within their individual businesses...that includes have the technological know-how to address possible oil spills and the cleanup involved.

Why are people getting mad at Obama and the government for not having this spill cleaned up by now? What department and/or people physically deal with this area of expertise on a daily basis. Do not tell me the Coast Guard - they have some experience with minor issues in this area, but nothing on such a large scope, nor do they have the equipment readily available. As a government, the various departments are setup to establish guidelines for various industries, to ensure that the industries themselves can deal with their own accidents.

Some are making comparisons to Hurricane Katrina, and I also do not see that correlation. The hurricane involved immediate life threatening situations, and our citizens were being ignored - that was Pres. Bush's problem...and don't forget "Brownie!" That administration ignored the immediate needs of the people, misappropriated monies..and ultimately left and ignored a populated area of our country to fend for themselves.

BP has seen fit to ignore the families of the 11 men lost on this oil rig...supplemented a few fishermen with paltry sums of money, lied to the populace of the U.S., and like a certain political party....lied and put a spin on every step of this cleanup process. The media has been banned and forcibly removed from certain areas as well. I'm sure BP would enjoy total media manipulation, but I can't see that happening at this time.

The U.S. can mandate or possibly commandeer specific groups with proper equipment to work on this cleanup...but do we have the equipment at hand? The past department heads who allowed all the citations against BP to go unanswered, need to be held accountable as well.

Pres. Obama has suggested that these affected states now call up the National Guard to work on this disaster....that is all well and good...but where do they get the proper equipment to perform their duties?

The technology has to be developed, first and foremost, before these companies are allowed to BLOW SMOKE UP OUR ASSES, and submit papers filled with lies and bullshit in order to get operating permits. SEVEN oil companies have submitted plans to protect the WALRUS'S in the Gulf of Mexico, while also promising to be able to clean up any and all spills. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO WALRUS'S IN THE GULF OF MEXICO. What fucking idiots.

We need to question: why did it take someone so long to read all that was printed in these permit applications? I am also sure this is not the only industry submitting grossly exaggerated applications to our government....one has to know that in politics - there are many oversights made, just as any privately run business.

Now is not the time to lay blame for lack of cleanup on our government. Now is the time to find any and all assets available to assist in the massive disaster, and once completed....go after the assholes responsible. (I would suggest freezing BP's assets, so no huge bonuses are paid and money siphoned away from helping those affected by this spill).

So John Boehner.....you can kiss my fat ass, and hopefully pull your head of your ass, and get with the program. If ever there was a bipartisan issue to deal with...this would be it!

This Jason Mattera, by throwing out the words "jungle gyms" and "monkey bars" tries to put a spin on the health care reform bill - that does not exist. The only intention that he is spreading (which is consistent with the GnOP'ers) that wellness and prevention are totally unacceptable. Then the little fukktard tries to press the issue of breast feeding during work hours, requiring the "breast feeding police" - as spelled out in the bill. Again, a complete falsehood - and a slap in the face to nursing mothers from a punk ass upstart.

By the way - back to jungle gyms....are they the product of a Marxist or Nazi who desires the demise of the American people? These dangerous steel structures that have adorned the playgrounds of schools for many generations are now considered to be bad, by the Conservatives. All righty then.....(scratching my head)!!!!!!!

Leave it to this young man to think he even had a chance facing Al Franken - the phrase "bringing a knife to a gunfight" comes to mind. Hey Mattera - you are a losr, get back in your kiddie car and head home.

Palin has made so many off-the-wall comments, like "I have done more in three years as governor than any before." Correction Sarah, you have not been in office three years, and what are these accomplishments of which you speak?

She lied while on the campaign trail, which tells me, she can dish it out, but cannot take it! It never bothered her that she was inciting people to KILL Obama through her despicable lies. But she presumes to come out of this, answer her "higher calling" (whatever that may be) as a martyr to the GOP. I do not see this happening.

July 25th cannot come son enough. I will be celebrating what would have been my 34th wedding anniversary and the demise of Sarah Palin..WOOHOO!!

I TRIED TO BE OBJECTIVE....

...but sometimes that becomes nearly impossible. I listened to Pres. Obama's speech this morning, and as usual I agree with him at least 98% of the time if not totally. The electorate voted for "change" in November, and that is what we expect to be forthcoming. There is no doubt in my mind that Obama has found some of his promises may be very hard to keep - face it, there is always going to be opposition - unfortunately he is facing an opponent with NO BRAIN. That would be the rethugs and their new pseudo leader Dickless Cheney.

What an amazing coincidence that Cheney at his local think tank, decided to make his speech directly after Pres. Obama's. No matter...from the "git-go" Cheney appeared to me, to give such vivid retrospect to past events (9/11 and such), and also the impression that he and Dubya were the saviors of our country. And of course, lest we forget, Americans are safer today because of the "enhanced interrogation" techniques employed - and take Dick's word for it - it WAS NOT TORTURE. But he ignores the masses of those who dare to differ. His explanation at one point was something like..."with thousands of lives in the balance, it didn't make sense to let high value detainees answer questions in their own good time." All righty then, and in seven years since 9/11 - there were only 3 prosecutions out of how many hundred? If the waterboarding worked so well, there should have been volumes of indictable and prosecutable charges. Nope, I haven't heard of any either.

Why would/should Dick Cheney be afforded any credence - when he, as someone so eloquently stated, "wrapped himself in the American flag, with the Constitution in shreds at his feet." The man is a neo-con, war-mongering asshole. He's going to stick to his guns - even if it means someone gets shot in the face.

There were parts of this speech that had him imploring to the masses that even considering criminal charges against Dubya's administration would be tantamount to opening the door to another attack.

And another thing...I cannot remember the last VP who did not just go quietly into the background and lay low, at least for a minimum amount of time - like two years for Gore. It was two years before Gore gave even one opinion regarding anything political. Cheney's job is to go away - forever. Call me Dick, I will spell it out for you in terms you may understand, got that, yes, call me!!!

I will be in Columbus most of the day tomorrow, so I won't get around to posting till evening. I know you are broken hearted but please try and hold it together.

As long as this conservative group is easily led by the Hannity's, Malkin's and Limpdicks Limbaughs - I can keep my sense of humor.

The line will be forming somewhere soon - so we can offer individual THANK YOUS...to the man who cannot leave Washington, D.C. soon enough. Considering the view behind Gov. Palin in her speech the other day (turkey slaughter, if you need a reminder) - I wonder if the turkeys shown here are the ones which were sacrificed at that time???

This congratulatory video is rather nauseating to me...and I want everyone to know, I cannot despise this woman on a personal level, as we have never interacted or crossed paths of which I am aware. The reason I am fed up, is because of the vile tactics she implemented in her failed campaign. The lies and distortions were unbelievable - and when confronted, she still carried on that same tactic. Also, because she is NOT politically educated enough to fit into the world picture yet.

I am definitely not clueless, and have had many discussions with those who thought (and still do) the sun rose and set with Sarah. Even when faced with the lies & distortions, these people just toss the thought away as ridiculous.

All I want is more and more of these people to do in-depth research when accusations are made to prove whether the assertions are fact, fiction or fabrication.

Her 15 minutes have more than passed, and the GOP will never select her in 2012 (if they did - no worries), as there are many more politically educated choices for the GOP. So enjoy and let me know what you think.

Finally over - NO more debates....none needed...

My biggest concern throughout these 3 debates was WHAT THE HELL DOES MCFART WRITE ON THAT PAD OF HIS??? Well, a fellow blogger has the exclusive! I was rolling on the floor, after my curiosity was satisfied. I couldn't have made up anything this good.

I made sure that thegrandson was in bed and all chores completed so I could watch this final debate last night. I have to say, Tom Brokaw and Gwen Ifil could take some lessons on debate moderating from Bob Schieffer. He certainly didn't allow either candidate to go to far afield. When he asked the question about the nastiness of the campaign, I was highly surprised. But after the candidates started in with their opinions, I was enrapt. McDud just doesn't get it - he was expecting Obama to "repudiate" Cong. Lewis's statement - and if Obama did I would have been at Hofstra University in a flash to smack him in the head. The disclaimer put out by his campaign was sufficient. McCain wants to "spin" the remarks as relating to segregation and the bombings, yet he missed the message of "inciting violence." I loved it - Obama is fed up with the Bill Ayers connection and just as much called McC a liar, when he kept referencing the meeting in Ayers living room.

Just go anywhere on the Internet, check any news show and today all you see are the "winks, blinks, lizard tongue and sighs" of McCain. His decorum left so much to be desired.


Now to JOE THE PLUMBER. I thought that was a farce. McCrack was not in on that conversation, but took the ball and ran with it. But I have to say - if this gentleman is buying a plumbing shop - there is no way in hell, he is going to realize a taxable profit of $250,000 in the first year - let alone, probably, five years. There are far too many write-offs for small businesses and depreciation of tools and equipment - that's just not happening. McStinky has no clue about the tax structure - if he did he wouldn't be telling you that you are getting this $5000 health credit - then again I forgot - HE LIES!!!

McC is perpetually claiming that his campaign is being "wronged", yet has nothing to back that up. He's upset because of some hateful T-shirts being worn at Obama's rallies - but with all the freedoms we have, telling someone they can't wear their choice of clothing (as long as it isn't inciting violence or blatantly discriminatory) is a definite no-no. And John McCrap NEVER scolded his crowds until after being warned by his advisers. Yet, now he wants people to believe he has always taken this high road. Grrrr........

Now we just have to get through these next 19 days - to find out who are new President will be. I wonder if Sarah Palin will be flying back to Alaska on the 4th or just wait to get back to State business on the 5th????

Tomorrow marks the first anniversary of My best friend Jean's (Mom2) passing. I am not a person who goes to cemeteries, but my neighbor and I are going to her grave site tomorrow - just something I want to do. Her son's birthday is also tomorrow, but he lives in Columbus, OH and may be in this weekend, but I haven't heard for sure yet. I miss ya bunches Jean, we would be having so much fun with all that is going on - I hate that you are missing it all!!

This young man is a pro-Obama blogger from Ohio and managed to catch some candid Obama views, during the McCain-Palin stop in Strongsville, OH yesterday. While viewing this, I wanted to throttle these DUMB ASS IGNORANT people. In my heart of hearts, I would hope that this is not a true depiction of my fellow Buckeyes!

The one woman stating that she has seen MORE Palin interviews than for Obama...and what planet has she been on? The woman who keeps popping into view with her O-B-A-M-A drone...it appears she has no cogent thoughts to impart either.

The frightful thing to me is this "atmosphere" that McC-P are creating - and yes, it is apparent that it is racism at its best.


Palin told conservative radio host Laura Ingraham, that Obama would: "diminish the prestige of the United State presidency!" Another asshole quote from the same interview, "doggonit, he fails to tell the American people with candor and with truthfulness what his associations are and we have to know!"

Now, I am not sure who is loading the ammunition here, but I do have my feeling that Palin is supplying the major portion, and if she can't fire the gun - she will see that dumbass McTurd will. This woman, according to the NY Times, is a "cancer" in the political arena. I have to agree with that assessment (as if you couldn't tell).

McCrinkle has been acting in his "erratic" manner since the debate the other night - as he has flip flopped on buying back the mortgage issue. Maybe he needs Aricept for his early stages of Alzheimer's.

WHAT DOES IT TAKE...I know Americans are not stupid!?!?!

I am watching Palgal and McCrotchity in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania - and I guess he hasn't read the reports that he LOST the debate last night. But that is not my point. Why don't people check out the fact, look up politicians records? Every voting American should take this as a personal responsibility.

McCain is again popping out the same LIES and distortions, spoon feeding these naive people more of his senile pablam. He just said "my opponent accuses me of lying - and I have been and always will be nothing but honest with Americans. And you can bet that if I ever would need advice - it wouldn't be from a Chicago politician." What a fucking asshole.

The more I hear SP's voice, it has become like nails on a chalkboard. She has memorized her lines well, but much like thegrandson, I wonder if she "comprehends" what she has learned. I have no doubts that she can spout the words, but any research as to origins of bills, discussion on bills, dates of aggression in Iraq, you know trivial little things like that - she has NO CLUE!

I still have Joe Biden's words ringing in my head: PAST IS PROLOGUE! That should be the chant all the way to November 4th. Four more years of DUH Bush politics, cannot fly.

I watched the video clip of Sean Hannity (hold on, taking a nitro) - and he was taking on one of Obama's aides. The argument was over the anti-semitic commentator who Hannity had on the other day. The vile, garbage that came out of this man - the FCC should have shut the show down! But I digress, Obama's rep held his own, even with Hannity shouting over top - even Alan Combes couldn't calm them down. Again, Hannity was pushing the "terrorist Bill Ayers" and idiot Hannity wouldn't accept that 40 years ago means nothing, no conviction means nothing, no "palling around" means nothing - he then wants to connect Obama to Louis Farrakhan! Watching the imbalanced and unfair FOX news is not for me!

Now onto someone I have not discussed very much - Cindy Lou Hensley McCain. Yesterday, she was quoted as saying the Obama team is "running the dirtiest campaign in American history." Hmmm...is that so Ms. botox Queen???? And today, since she apparently has found her voice, she lashes out at Obama, for voting against a bill to fund troops in Iraq. "The day Sen. Obama cast a vote not to fund my son, when he was serving, sent a cold chill through my body, let me tell you!" I wonder how cold she got when her husband refused to vote for body armor and equipment for her son??? The vote she is referring to was in '07 and Obama was one of 14 Senators who voted against a spending plan for emergency funds for our troops overseas. Athe time Obama and other Democrats were pushing for a "timeline for withdrawal" which was not included in this bill. Obama did vote for a funding proposal which had the timeline for withdrawal - a bill which McCain opposed! So there, wicked witch of Arizona!

St. Clairsville, Ohio (Belmont County) is very Democratic - this could be interesting. When the Belmont County sheriff (Rep.) was interviewed, I swear he was drooling, (I thought his dentures were going to fly out of his mouth at any time) telling that the Secret Service is in the Valley now. I hope they don't show up at my door.

***I understand that the Secret Service is trying to identify the man, who shouted "Kill Him", referencing Obama, at the McCain rally the other day. That would be cool if they found him, prosecuted him and his defense would be that "McCain INCITED me to that point!"

Since John McSame is using Palin as the "hatchet guy", then that is who I have to go after. In Palin's speech in Oakland, Ca., she referred to Afghanistan as our "neighboring country." There have been so many DUH moments - it just has to be mentioned. This was an article on Reuters "Tales from the Trail." I found one of the comments regarding SP amazing, yet not surprising.
