Waiting still...
I am sorry I haven't posted sooner. I have been most of the post to facebook via cell phone. As of right now mom has been on a vent after having problems breathing after her endoscopy Wednesday, they call it rapid pulimary edima. Since then she has also developed pneumonia. With the anitbiotic running the last few days on a drip and the fluids coming off her chest quite well, they did a test today and stopped the vent to see if she could breathe on her own, and she could. As a precaution they are keeping her on the ven tfor one more night and going to try to take her off it in the morning. After that we play it by ear. They will then try to determine what caused the rapid pulminary edima and then they will move on to the heart. I will keep you updated as much as I can.

Ditto... I haven't "friended" your mom on FB but will in the morning to keep more current.... I've been wondering....so much so that I HAD to turn my computer on to see if there was any news... Look what you posted!! (I have esp...) Prayers and thoughts...
Sorry giggles, themom has so many contacts to the world on the net, meaning facebook, twitter, blog, etc., I can't keep up, that's why I do most posts on FB but I will try to keep this as current as possible also.

Thanks for letting us know about her again. We are all very worried about her and you. Take care of yourself too. Themom is tough, she'll pull through this although I'll bet she is PISSED about the vent! Prayers and good thoughts coming your way. I'll check the updates on FB.
I was thinking about her yesterday; she couldn't have been happy about the Steelers game! I'm praying for her; keep us updated, and take care of yourself, too.
