Yes, what is the prime minister of Quebec? Seriously, if this woman doesn't fucking know what the 1st amendment says, are we really surprised she doesn't know that Quebec is a province? Well, its kinda surprising since she's right next to Canada, which shares a land border with the state that she is the executive of! :)
